Subject: Sound Board Quality Recording!
This is truly one of those rare gems for sound quality. Extremely well balanced and no crowd noise. I completely agree, 100%, with previous reviewers that this is as good as it gets.

It doesn't hurt that the jams are fantastic as well.

Thanks so much "Mr Taper", please let us know who you are.

What an amazing recording and performance. It doesn't get any better than this. Sadly I have never seen UM live being a BRIT in the UK.

By far the best quality live show I've ever heard. The acoustics are perfect! Another amazing performance by the crew. UM!!!!!!!!!!!

Completely blown away by the sound quality. Its as if I bought this show off or a live cd. Ridiculous setlist as well. Thank you taper. Does anyone know any other umph shows with this caliber sound quality? Please help if so.

Amazing soundboard quality!! Very tight performance. If you're not a fan of crowd noise, this has very little and is good one to go with. Awesome setlist too.

This show was fantastic and the sound on this recording is fabulous... which seems to be a staple for Umphrey's.

being an avid partaker of the um shows in bloomington while attending IU, once they finally played at one of my favorite hometown venues, I was able to "convince" all my chums from cincy who were unsure of the ultimate power of these remarkable fellows to join me for a ragin' evening of awesome music. now all I hear about this year's bonnaroo was how awesome the um set was....I wasn't there, but my hometown "chums" remind me ;)

Subject: fantastic show!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to thank the taper for finally getting this jem up on here. When i heard about this show i was plenty excited, this is the smallest venue i have ever seen UM at (max. 300 tops, and thats counting all the folks at the bar too). The Mad Frog is basically a bar w/ a stage in the corner. Usually, UM plays at the Madison Theater (which is a beautiful venue) or the Southgate House, but on this evening YMSB was at the Madison Theater i believe, and the Southgate House had something going on. Anyways, I had lent out my mics, and taping equipment to another taping friend for the YMSB show, so i didnt tape this show. Damn shame too, for it would have been the best UM show i have ever taped. THANKS to the taper, and as usual Kevin Browning for the sweet sbd patch, there isnt another jam band that has such kind and awesome sound guys, thanks from the bottom of my heart. I think the small atmosphere helped the boys really rip it up. A wonderful intimate evening w/ the McGee, hell after Bonnaroo this year I doubt we'll ever see the boys in a venue this small again. Great setlist, the second set is the real treat!!!
